My opinion the upper is easier to put together than the lower. Nothing really hard about it if your upper receiver is not stripped. Like others have said, you'll need $75~100 in AR15 tools, a vise, and a torque wrench.

I carry a G19 in a Crossbreed Supertuck. Very comfy and easy to conceal at the 3:30 position. I wear jeans almost exclusively and I do not like to tuck when using the G19. Makes a large bulg which I think is obvious since I am very slim. When I have to tuck in jeans, I IWB a Kahr CM9 which is thinner.

You should expect to pay $60 to $80 for a good double layer leather belt.

I like the DPMS upper block. The upper pins to it as it would to a lower so it is not in the way for installing the dust cover or forward assist. Very solid to work with as well. Shop around, I found it online for about $35.
I use the Plastix Plus lower block available from Midway.

My understanding is yes. Utah will only issue out-of-state if you already have a home in-state CHL.

In the future, AZ may not let you renew it, like Utah has done.

I've already told my kids and GF if I'm ever hurt or killed at work, or at a 30.06 location, sue the crap out of them.
