My girl friend had a serious case of cancer. She needed chemo therapy and surgery. Due to her extensive medical needs (she was in frail condition before the cancer) I rented an apartment in a complex that was restricted to seniors my girl friend and I both moved in. We moved in and stayed for six months. The complex was not licensed as a nursing home. There was a sign on the front door 30.06. The way I understand it that it is legal to carry into an apartment complex if you go directly to your apartment. any one have info on this.
