You have two options. 1. You can disclose it and document the disposition. Misdemeanor shoplifting in 2004 won't disqualify you, whether or not it was expunged. 2. You can keep quiet and hope Texas DPS doesn't find any record of your arrest. If they do, you got some 'splaining to do. The choice is y...

In this case as per Texas Law, deadly force is justified, Period. If this happened in Texas, deadly force would be justified to stop the sexual assault. Deadly force wouldn't be legally justified to punish the rapist after the attack is stopped. Morally? Every man has to work out his own salvation.

Those who believe they'd merely be asked to leave are kidding themselves. If he showed up unannounced and you were discovered to have a gun, CHL or not, they'd take your gun and detain you at a minimum, probably interrogate you for a few hours, and possibly even arrest you for cover.....probably dr...

For more than ten years, I have wondered the same thing about Texans who oppose decriminalizing non-concealed handguns.Abraham wrote:TAM,

Frankly, I wonder if they're part of the anti crowd...or just plain stupid?

It's more likely for a store to be robbed by someone wearing a hoodie but never mind the facts.
