Re: Square to stop firearms related sales Jun 9

This is a breach of contract Can you show me where? They changed the TOS on established users. That is a breach of contract. The little boiler plate about changing TOS when they see fit is just a smokescreen. They USED you to establish their business model, then dumped you when convenient. Punch ba...

Re: Square to stop firearms related sales Jun 9

Guys,

I'd still file a Better Business Bureau complaint on them them. IT just takes a few minutes.

This is a breach of contract and its costing you money to make the change.

I'd also complain to the Texas Attorney General's office.

This is standard HR boilerplate.

It will change when someone get sued into receivership when a CHL holder does get hurt.

They probably settled and cannot talk about it.

I'd still let Texas DPS know about the overweight trucks. They will take anonymous tips.

Re: Shooting articles not well received.

I happen to agree with 5shot. If anyone disagrees, we can arrange a FOF test at any time using airsoft pistols. You can stand there and look at your sights and I will move and shoot without looking at my sights. I guarantee that if you stand there, you will be "dead" What we are talking ab...

Re: Impeach Obama

Not sure what "crap" you're talking about and what restrictions? The guy's been in office, what? A month? Last I heard the President's administration was in support of the new National Park concealed carry law. Sounds like they are initially supporting our gun rights to me. Did I miss som...

Re: ak 47 or sks

AK47. Get a side folding stock if you can find one. Be sure to inspect the barrel and the bolt. Look at the flash hider to make sure the rim is not pitted.

I'd get the steel magazines. At least 6.

Its a great weapon.

Re: Big Win for Workers in 10th Circuit Court!

Wow. Oklahoma is actually ahead of Texas on gun rights for the moment. I hope our legislature will have the gumption to catch up ;), especially since I'm one of the poor saps who has to travel back and forth to work 'naked'. Cheers for these judges, jeers to ConocoPhillips, and jeers to the Obama a...

One more thing, the Bible has many verses on being armed in Church. There is not one saying you should be disarmed.

Re: Church is considering posting 30.06

Then at the very end he said that we should also consider not allowing people to carry concealed, meaning people with CHLs. He said that if the cops show up for an active shooter situation and you have a gun in your hand then they will shoot you. He also said that the avg CHL holder qualifies once....
