It does not matter that it was a fake gun. He was still reasonable to be in fear of his life. At any rate, hopefully this will work in the shooter's favor if he goes to trial. It clearly shows that he was trying to be transparent / not cover up evidence of the gun being fake.

He is bending down on the last shot. I wonder if he were going to poke him with the barrel to see if he were alive and accidently fired a shot.
