Yes, its part of the tunnel. It's Kinder Morgan. The former El Paso building. No much the average citizen can do to avoid that business. I can't read this 30.06 sign
I took the CHL class a couple of weeks ago and now I'm looking for signs more often. I was walking around downtown Houston and ran into this sign. I can't read it. I would obey the sign to avoid any trouble, however, where's the contrast? Click the image to view larger.
