Part of the "grounds" are owned by the city, so no problem there. Other parts are privately owned, so it is up to the owners of those parts.

Put a tarp down over the floor to soften it for your bunions. Pack the tarp up when you leave and there your brass is. Never touched his floor and easier for you to pick up.
