In answer to your question, last year when I renewed mine it was about 10 days from print pending to mailed. Then another 3 days.

Does not surprise me at all. 1st of the year is when most everything has price increases. Most of the material in my business (HVAC) has or will by 1/15 increase 6.5% to 9%.
