doesnt look free to me, says no contribution needed, but you cant submit without entering your credit card.
I just did. You don't have to fill out the credit card info, but you DO have to click the box next to "I am not a robot". :tiphat:
Interesting. Wouldn't let me enter either, gave me the big red " You must enter payment information " error" even with the robot box checked.
