DPS site should be able to answer that last question, last time I looked it up, it was 1.3 million

I found it! As of 12/31/18 it was 1,362,945 LTC holders in Texas.

That's insane. Mostly because our best guesstimate population is 28.7 million people.

Meaning less than 5 percent of Texas population is LTC.

4.75% to be exact.
