Guys, please keep in mind there are still bills being discussed and there are antis that scan this forum looking for little tidbits that they can use to point out how rabid 2nd Amendment supporters are. Charles has pointed out there is alot going on that we may not know about. Now is DEFINITELY not the time to eat our own. Lets get thru this session, see where we stand, and go from there.

I'm one that believes that ANY progress is success. SB16 was a step in the right direction. Some sessions we will have more success than others. But each time we advance our position in defending the 2nd amendment, we should consider it a victory.

Yes it means good change comes slowly too, but it also means that bad changes can be more easily headed off.

I agree. I think this is what happened to HB 560. I suspect a great many good bills have suffered a similar fate. Unfortunately, there's nothing that the good reps/senators can do about this. If the powers that be want to slow roll a bill to death, they have that authority.
