Re: Probably an over discussed issue.

Don't forget either that cameras probably got you on record entering at each of the doors. And maybe even on tape taking a pic of their 30.06 sign. ;-) Big freaking deal. I didn't get a gun and a gun license so I could run around being paranoid about everything (especially the law). Seems to be wha...

Re: No more renewing

Seems reasonable, paying an expensive fee to exercise a basic God-given right... It ain't about god given rights anymore, it's about states using the constitution to rip off the people for many millions of dollars. And many will go out and vote for the same jerks who think this is a great pl...

Re: Post Office Law Suit to Repeal Carry Rule

OK I think I got it figured out, all I gotta do when I enter the post office CCW is ask the teller which way that pig went that I'm a hunting (I know that pig came this way). After that I'm legally carrying since I'm hunting. But now I have a question... can I as a hunter buy a book of stamps while ...

Re: legal questions...lawyers welcome to assist

That's the problem with laws. Their made to be interpreted in any number of ways. You can twist em, turn em, stretch em, put it in a pot to be stirred etc. They are worded in such a way you have to go to court in order to decide what they mean. Most if not all of them are designed to make lawyers mo...

Re: Senate votes to allow guns on Amtrak

The proposal, approved by a 68-30 vote, seeks to give Amtrak riders rights comparable to those enjoyed by airline passengers, who are permitted to transport firearms provided that they declare they are doing so and that the arms are unloaded and in a securely locked container. "Americans shoul...

Re: Has there ever been an open carry demonstration?

Charles Cotton There are a lot of people in Texas urban areas that have no idea that it's legal to carry long guns without a CHL. Their ignorance on this subject could be working to our advantage. Not sure where you came up with that one. :???: A good share of those people probably don't even know ...

Re: Another Joe Horn Type Shooting In Houston

If you watch the video, the police officer interviewed said that they try to run the security guard over with the car and hit him with the car, although he was not injured.
Sure is nice to see someone here who actually understood what the shooting was about.
