I went with the .40 for carry, then went out and purchaced a 9mm. Ammo costs was a factor when your shooting 2000+ rounds a month. I liked the XD and compared it to my Glock 23...I like them both.

I wonder what will happen when an employee is hurt or killed in a parking lot, or building of a State Agency that has a no gun policy? And, the employee who was hurt or killed had a CHL.
