I bought some Rub 'n Buff on Amazon.com the other day and it arrived today. I tried putting some Ruby Red in the rollmarks on my Bi-Tone XDm, and it didn't really fill in that well. The product as it comes out of the tube is a little bit thin, and when I rubbed it into the rollmarks, it really didn't fill in that well. And then add insult to injury, it kind of lent a pinkish cast to the surface of the rest of the metal around the rollmarks. I had to get after it with a rag and some gun oil and elbow grease to get it off of there. I got about 90% of it off, but then of course it lifted some of the Rub 'n Buff out of the rollmarks.
