No weapons of any kind allowed at Johnson Space Center. There was a contract security person screening and he did in fact ask. I had to return my OC and knife to the truck. There are no metal detector at the gates and they only check bags. So you could slip through. But to take the tram tours you wi...

If you are an RV'er I reccomend it over the options in the area. We ate a Willy G's and that was good. Galveston was very carry friend...

I saw that video also and was alarmed at it. I have made forcible entry to many structures but each time was with at least some indication of a person in distress or a fire condition. I would not go door to door forcing entry just to check and see.

On a similar note to this story, my father had once told me that as a kid he held 22 cartridges with pliers while using a lighter to set them off. I have never encountered any ammunition during a structure fire, but I had always assumed they could do some damage. The story below seems to sup...

I have found (quiet regularly) that I can be awakened from a very nice sleep and be thrust into activity that requires thought, coordination, and motor skills and at times be adrenaline pumping. This is my job. Most of the time I find I waken quickly and am fully functional and able to percieve what...

I really can NOT thank all of you enough for your prayers. The membership here is so refreshing in contrast to other forums I am a member of. I would thank Charles specifically for the rules he has set forth. The members have taken the ball and run with it to produce a true COMMUNITY though. Thanks ...

I went to the UPS hub in Mesquite and found the same thing, though it was legal but not really jumping out at you. It was one of about 3 in my year of carrying.

It was NOT posted last year when I was there. I looked all around the entrance. Then there is the City owned deal also. I will agree if you go WITH A SCHOOL on a field trip though.
