That last article stated very well what I was going to say. Increased heart rate is but one of the factors in a fear/anxiety situation. Good to hear! I have yet to have any actual dealings with our local PD, so a good report on CHL friendliness is good to hear. Hope this ends the problems, though I doubt it will. People with that carefree an attitude about their dogs don't seem to get the picture or feel that they did anything wrong...

I would agree with TxInvestigators first post and echo his rant. The Dogs are not the problem. ALL dogs should go through at the very least a basic obedience program.
