I'll be calling his office asking the same question. I think its disgusting for senators who have the most reason to stand up for the rights of those in their districts to duck their responsibilities like this. I can't understand Senators in districts with major universities bowing to liberal academia that will never vote for them anyway (for the Republicans anyhow). And students are pretty much split on the issue of campus carry and most don't vote, so that can't be a reason.
