Sorry, just now saw this.

My new license still had Catagory:SA in the top corner.

Didn't check the mail yesterday, so either yesterday or today it made it to my mailbox.

And with that I'm out until 2018.

Checked status on a saturday, because I'm odd like that.

10/12: License mailed.

What a difference between my initial class and my renewal! Very impressed.

Update time.

First Renewal.
Did online application/paid by credit card 10/2
Emailed DPS the confirmation with barcode 10/3.
Materials received 10/9
Background check and fingerprints done 10/11
Manufacturing pending.

I had to go back and check...I originally took the class in Feb 2009, and received my plastic 102 days later on June 1st.

Looks like I am on track to get the renewal done in less than a month this time, and without a class to boot. Things are certainly improving around here.

Mine has been "Waiting for receipt of required materials" since I submitted. Changed today to "background check under review".
