Tucked in shirt during the warm months - Kangaroo Carry
Tucked in shirt during the cold months - 5.11 Undershirt
Untucked shirt - 1911 in a Tucker Texas Heritage
Untucked shirt - XD9SC in a Comp-Tac Minotaur

Since I can carry at work my Kangaroo Carry and 5.11 shirts get most of the duties.

On the rare times I carry my Diamondback .380 it can ride in a beltclip slide holster or the Smartcarry. Both work well within their limitations, I just don't carry the .380 very often.
