There is no registration in Texas. If you purchased it new there should be a card to send to Ruger for warranty purposes. If you purchased from a dealer The 4473 form is kept by the dealer and the information is not passed along to any entity. Ruger could only supply information relaying who the weapon (dealer) was originally shipped to.
