Txdot is a government agency, not a government entity. Your agency does not have the direct authority to collect taxes on its own. Government entities include states, counties, cities independent school districts and other taxing authorities. They get to fill out a special census form.

Don't tell me this "would never happen". I received a "final" warning notice at my previous employer through that exact kind of false anonymous compliant.

Should have put pink polka dots on your gun. Then you could have had them asked what it looked like. When he said black and scary, you could have easily proved he was lying.
