Watching Napoleon later this week. I've heard good things about it.
Napoleon was interesting especially his love making. The sets, scenery and costumes were awesome. Tactics of the big battles was the most interesting for me. The creation of the squares at Waterloo were shown.

Afterwards I read up on Josephine. She was that and even more.

Oppenheimer and the Beekeeper ( movies)

I really anticipated Oppenheimer. A subject I was interested in, then when the reviews came out that it will be the best movie of the decade and by the director of Dunkirk, I almost drove to San Antonio to see it in IMAX.

Glad I didn’t. All about persecution of communists after the war. Endless hearings and meetings accusing him of being a communist. Yeah the bomb part was good. I was really disappointed.

Yes I’m not a high brow movie fan.

The Beekeeper, if you like good action movies with fights shooting etc. this is your movie. Yes the FBI and the bad guys shoot like Starwars stormtroopers, and the good guy never misses.

Interesting plot motivation and surprise ending. Well put together. A beekeeper protects the hive.

I won’t reveal the awesome comparison to today, but it’s there.
