This is the northern part of the country in Kurdistan, it's significantly different from the rest of the country. I go for American-made first, non-Chinese second (which leaves out Holosun and most Primary Arms, not to mention dozens of other companies). That being said I'm extremely happy with my Aimpoint (Sweden) and Trijicon (almost all US) optics. The battery life on EOTech is terrible, I no longer own one....
