If someone had a DUI in Texas about 5 years ago which was a Class B misdemeanor.
When, if at all, are they eligible to apply for their LTC?
TIA!

Re: Smith and Wesson releases M&P EZ in 9mm
The outstanding aspect of the 380EZ for people with weak, injured or aging hands is the ease with which the slide can be racked. Do you think the 9mm EZ will be a good fit for those folks? Chas. This morning I held one at Pasadena gun show Obviously I couldn’t fire it But I did rack the slide a few...

Rear sight removal M&P
I need to remove the rear sight on my M&P CORE in order to put a base plate to put a reflex optic on it.
Do you know of any (normally) locally purchasable tools to push the sight out?
Or do you know of any way to do it without a tool?
TIA

Re: How long is the wait for renewed licenses?
Do you need to be finger printed again for renewal? What do you need to submit for a renewal anyway? Mine wont be due till next year. You will get a notice about 6 months early When you go online, at the end of the renewal, it will give you a list of items For mine (1 month ago) no new photo or pri...

Confirming SBR - or not
I wanted to confirm what I read before I make a legal mistake SBR is considered a barrel less than 16 inches or a total length of less than 26”. I get this part What I want to confirm as it says it varies by state... i believe in Texas this is measured with the extendable buttstock fully extended. I...
