Re: Eviction Notice

I agree that you should talk with the landlord, but most of the posters have missed one obvious point about his entry into your apartment. Almost every lease has a clause for him to enter for maintenance purposes, and the damage to the floor clearly meets that clause. I would say a court would also...

Unless you're talking about the choice to carry openly or concealed, that doesn't sound like Gun-Related Political Issues.

The story sure reads that way. Maybe you know Sparky personally, but for the rest of us, we only have one side of the story from somebody who joined less than a week ago. I'm going to reserve judgement.

It is an attempt at a 30.06, but not correct. So the worst that could have happened is I would have been told to leave right? The worst that could happen is you could be shot and killed by law enforcement like the guy in Costco. But I'm a glass half full kind of person so you should be fine. :mrgre...

That is something important to remember when it is time to vote. Don't just look at the NRA grades, remember their trickery in the past. Regardless of whether or not this bill passes, we should remember this stuff as voters. :iagree: It's valuable insight into their character. [ Image ] It's not ju...

What part of 'shall not be infringed' do you not understand? :patriot: The founding fathers did not intend for criminals to be denied the right to keep and bear arms except while locked up. If a criminal was dangerous, they kept him locked up or they executed him shortly afterward. There was no nee...

The motion also says the state wants to prevent the defense from using Martin's toxicology report, which showed the level of marijuana in Martin's blood the night he was shot and killed. That tells me that Martin was high as a kite when he attacked Zimmerman. If Martin was clean and sober, nobody w...

A cop can use a baton to get compliance. For the rest of use, a club is a deadly weapon, so we might as well use something more effective at stopping goblins like a Bowie knife, gladius, etc. I call mine Sting.
