Re: this guy should still be in jail, imho...

Wow...besides trying to assault a young girl the Einstein actually locked himself in a stall. Was he thinking he'd be safe or if it is a good hiding place that the cops wouldn't find him? This would be a good candidate for thinning the herd.

Re: It's finally here.. Shooting alarm clock!

I got one of these for my daughter last Christmas...it's pretty cool, but wakes me up down the hallway when she is in the morning fog and cannot hit the target to shut it up.

How did the Officer saw the expired sticker, while you were driving? After I came from vacation my wife SUV had its registration expired. I drove my car and get her a new sticker. Did drive the SUV straight to the Honda dealer and took care of the inspection with registration in hand. Yeah, Police ...

Re: contradictng CHL sign at hooters mckinney

OK folks, drop the comments about the waitresses. :rules: Absolutely, those waitresses were once someone's 10 year old daughters. So true...I once went into a Hooter to pick up some wings to go with my daughter when she was around 8-9 years old. One of the waitresses was talking to her an...

My son has a little arsenal of toy guns...he'd really clean up, which won't happen. I guess he'll just wind up being a crazy gun toting monster when he grows up instead.

Re: CHL holder accidently discharges weapon at work question

If nothing is reported, that is good for the shooter. It is negligent discharge for sure. Did the shooter lose his job? Or is he the business owner? If he is the business owner. maybe no law is broken. I was in bit of similar situation. Last Saturday, I was at my friend's house for BBQ. I disarmed ...

One of the grandparents works downstairs in the building I work in. It is sad and her place of employment is collecting donations for the funeral. I cannot imagine the pain she is feeling.

Re: Dad Arrested for Defending Daughter?

As the Father of both a daughter and son, I can say that boys were lucky not to be thrown out of the house butt-naked. If my son came home and told me the story those boys told their fathers, I can bet I would have wanted to tan his hide. I believe the girl's father wanted to scare them and pulled ...

Re: Banks and Mortgages question

Fox says 3,500 this quarter with possibly more to follow later as they begin restructuring. I work for Bank of America and it is pretty frightening right now. I was part of the first cut of 2500, but fortunately I was in the middle of an internal transfer so I was not impacted per se. It ain't no f...
