My EDC was also a Sig P238 before this incident. I now carry it only as my B.U.G. My primary is now my Kimber Series 1 Ultra Carry in .45ACP. 7+1 with 2 additional magazines.

Sad. I realize someone lost a son. But how could perfect strangers see the evidence (video) and fault the attendenats for defending themselves. If that thuggery happened here there is a good chance there would have been a double funeral. New york is a joke!!

I would carry. Of course, concealed is concealed. If by the off chance you were discovered, I would tell them that I interpreted the statement as you have stated. Would they fire you on a "misunderstanding"?
