Minor in Possession of Alcoholic Beverages. If it is a first offense, used to be a Class C by fine only.
Now it is an almost automatic DL suspension also. Sometime until you are 21.

Re: How's this idea for improving Texas firearms laws?

I've had a Washington CPL for almost 15 years now. I'll be there this summer and will be renewing my CPL then. Non-residents have to apply and renew in person at a sheriff's office or police station. In the process of researching which courthouse would be most convenient for me to renew at, I found...

Re: Texas LTC Requirements

...... if you moved to Texas or lived here that you have to obtain a Texas LTC the out of state would no longer be valid once you became a resident.. Not correct. It is correct in at least one instance. Oklahoma will not issue out of state licenses. Once a Texas residence is established, the Oklaho...

Just once.
That I fully believe.

Re: Austin based Yeti quits doing business with NRA

RTIC is every bit as good for about half the cost. Never bought Yeti and for sure never will now. RTIC is the brand I have. If its good enough for Buc-Ees it’s good enough for me! The only problem with the lesser priced brands is that they are all made in China. Even Yeti has all of their...

For those who haven't seen the WH no guns sign:

If it wasn't left off when the building was built, it is often around 12 feet off the ground, it is yellow and black and tends to blend in with the building and is usually 20-40 feet away from the only public door to the building.

Have fun finding it.

. I noticed as we entered the auditorium that a lady was really staring at us but I just figured that she didn't know why 3 men not affiliated with the school were there. Re: Is the .40 dead?

Probably should have shot the .44 special with .44 Russians. Might have scored higher. So you're colluding with Russians? :biggrinjester: A round created in the 1860's-70's to fit a S&W revolver originally created for the Russian Czar's army. Said to be the most accurate pistol round of its time. F...

Re: Is the .40 dead?

Yup .40 is gone. Ive carried glock 27 since ‘07. It’s getting harder and harder to find ammonium. I will be switching my 27 to a 26gen5 very soon. Or just get a 40-9 barrel. There may be a miriade of reasons for the decline of the .40 S & W. However, lack of ammo availability is not one of them. I ...

My only hangup with detachable magazines on shotguns is when switching ammunition, for example from a buckshot round in the chamber to a slug, the Select Slug Drill (Fire buckshot, rack slide chambering another round of buckshot, threat is still active because he is too far away for buckshot, inser...
