Not owned by ISD, no class's held there I would NOT consider it a school and would be carrying. I don't think he said it wasn't owned by ISD, just not a part of the school building. At least that is the way I took it. If it's the admin building, which is typically separate from the school buildings...

If you don't find one, it's pretty simple to do with a drift tool, or punch of some sort. You can find video's on youtube. Just put some tape on the end of the drift so you don't mar up the sights. Even if you don't have a vice to put the slide in, you can make a "poor man's vice" by simpl...
