Re: CHL holder killed by police in Las Vegas at a Costco

The fact that they never bothered to ask him to leave nor informed him of store policy about firearms before calling law enforcement on him would seem to be grounds for a lawsuit to me. I will definitely not get any Costco membership now. I wouldn't want to give a company like that any of my money....

Re: COSTCO Gun Policy

Last night I spent more time than I should, reading the customer rules and policies. Not a word there about concealed or open carry. Read the whole thing and followed it by a text search. There policy must be buried deep. So deep they can't show it to you, just tell you they know its there. No cost...

Carry a 25 if it makes you feel good, but do not ever load it. If you load it you may shoot it. If you shoot it you may hit somebody, and if you hit somebody - and he finds out about it - he may be very angry with you. Jeff Cooper Many moons ago my folks took me to Branson, saw the Shepherd of the ...

Re: Sorry TSRA, No Dewhurst for me.

Dewhurts has been sending me email spam for years, I don't' think I ever wrote him about anything but I still get his campaign stuff 1-2 x a week. That makes me not like him right off the bat. What he did or din't do for Texas CHLs in Texas is no reason to vote for or against him for Sentate. Not th...

Re: Law Enforcement having CHL's

All the cops I know who have a CHL say it's in case they get suspended and the federal LEOSA wouldn't protect them. Cheap insurance.

.22 only and no lead bullets all in the same line. Crazy folks.

Yeah I know there are solid copper .22 bullets but not cheap.

Re: CHL holder killed by police in Las Vegas at a Costco

The video wasn't working that day, but it was never sent to the FBI, so we really don't know. Secret Service (why? nobody knows) and Seagate recovered a lot of data from that drive. Nobody knows what, at least nobody thats talking. Don't' know where the drive is, either. I thought we could not link...

First time I heard the AG called "general" was Janet Reno in the Waco hearings.

People blame RK for a lot of bad things that he didnt do. He did enough bad all on his own, no need to blame other stuff on him. Nbody threw a riot because RK got a beat down. RK didn't riot, didnt ask anybody to riot, even asked people to stop the riot stuff. The riot was after the trail, but RK w...
