Hello everyone. I am new to the forum and in need of assistance. On 06/09/2005 I was arrested for "DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED", I was placed on 2 years probation and 24 hours of comunity service. I had to attended alcohol abuse classes, I recieved a certificte for completion of the class. ...

If you feel sluggish after eating a pint of Blue Bell, they could argue you don't have normal use of your mental or physical faculties. It's entirely up to the officer's interpretation, like C-dub said.

I take it there's not much news about the case lately. He's out on bail. As far as I know, the government hasn't set a date for his "speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed" assuming they can find a jury that hasn...

With the current law, they can post but the 30.06 is invalid for boat shows, gun shows, bridal shows, etc. If the law passes, then posting a professional sporting event would be like the government meeting in your example. The sign would still be invalid for boat shows, gun shows, bridal shows, etc.
