Re: WTB Browning HiPower DFW, TX

If you don't happen to find a Hi Power, put me on the list of folks interested in your Milt Sparks :cheers2:

Your EBR event happen to be at JCSSA? I have too much family in town to make this one.

Re: Off-duty KSC SWAT member shoots man in mask

Shopping malls and schools seem even liklier targets, but don't have SWAT teams. Yet.
Dallas ISD does, in fact, have it's very own SWAT team.

Re: Don't Answer the Door Unarmed

Good points KB, thanks.

A black and white video intercom can be had for under $150.00. If you add a motion detector porch light and a decent dead bolt and lock set you can answer the door without the security risk of opening it.

JC is quite frank and upfront about the incident. He acted out what he was doing when the pistol discharged, and showed me the wounds. It turns out that the pistol was an early 70's Colt Commander with an aluminum frame, and he was using 230gr fmj ammunition. After looking at all four of his wounds,...

I met with JC this afternoon to talk about what happened on that day. I am still digesting what we talked about and putting it down into something legible. The firearm in question was an early '70's Colt Commander with an aluminum frame. The ammunition was 230gr. fmj. Like most of you, I was really ...

Most likely his Dad's gun. More scared of Dad than the police, so maybe he has just a tiny bit of sense.

The Liberal Case for Gun Ownership

Lets try to keep this thread from getting locked if you don't mind. One of the best essays I have read in support of the Second Amendment and an individuals right to keep and bear arms was penned by a Liberal. You may want to check it out. An excerpt: And yet, are we not Americans? The Ku Klux Klans...
