Speaking strictly from my own experience (17 years USMC, 7 years USAR), I too am right-handed with left-eye dominant. Unfortunately I did not know this until a recent eye exam. What is the definition of Registering a Handgun in TX?
I was under the impression that when you purchase a Handgun at any legitimate Gun Shop or Gun Show, you have in effect "registered" that Handgun.
Is that correct?
