Re: Laylah Peterson you have never heard her name
I had, poor child. May heaven give joy to that angel and comfort to her family. But I look at conservative news sites. They need to find the wretches that did that and prosecute them for her murder. I really don't give 2 cents why they did it, they purposefully murdered a child. A firing squad would...

Re: If and When OC Passes, The Best Way to Do It Discussion
Oh I know the answer to that. No, the poor fellow did not have retention. It was a leather holster so it was a good fit, but no, no retention. I am on a I phone do it is hard for me but there is a video of the incident and I clearly remember the lack of retention. We discussed at length in VA gun fo...

Re: If and When OC Passes, The Best Way to Do It Discussion
The scuttlebutt around here (less then 15 miles from where this happened) is that he was shot by his own gun. Guy grabbed his gun he tried to get it back and was shot for his trouble. Can't try local rumor in court, but proximity to the event makes the story more reliable. Anyway, in this case reten...

There was a case here in Richmond. It happens, but is not common. As am occasional OCer I always have retention. Not just for bad guys but for curious little kids too.

Re: Political Correctness, Unarmed Parents= 1400 abused chil
There would be consequences here. The powers that be should be aware of that. Do not neglect justice for others surely won't. Let pedophiles beware....the mama bears around here bite and it is a very large country.

Re: Most enlightening insight into Obamacare
It is one thing to make an argument that wins the nod of approval and then be mistaken or for a policy to have unforeseen unintended consequences. But to lie, deceive, and cheat a whole nation with the purpose of enslaving them by slight of hand....well that is a special kind of evil. That sort of b...

At least 10-20% of people will be dingbats. Can't be helped.

Re: Ebola outbreak in Africa
I wonder if it is just a matter of hydration and electrolyte support. Perhaps the loss rate could be improved by something very simple. Not a doctor, but if they are not bleeding out but are rather dehydrating that is something that can be helped.

If they are going to gave a mercy rule (which is perfectly fine)....then play needs to stop and the game is over. There....problem fixed....no need for fines and suspensions.

Re: Possible Ebola in NY
Heck, when we have a stomach bug we stay home so as not to share our germs with everyone. How hard is it? Exactly. Stay home. Get Chinese delivered to your door step (pay by credit card). Get a good book or catch up on Netflix. In this world where anything can be delivered to your doorstep there is...

Re: Possible Ebola in NY
You know when we had measles run through our home (which has a significantly lower mortality rate) we stayed inside until such time as no one remained contagious. No one had to tell us to do that either. That is the responsible and neighborly thing to do. As far as I know we were entirely successful...

Re: Ebola outbreak in Africa
It is a sigh of relief that no one else in his family got it. What that means is up for debate but by all measures it is a positive thing. They need better suites/protocols at the hospital that much is obvious as well.
