I bet it hits closer to Mobile but I keep a go bag next to the door during the entire hurricane season. The bag goes into the car if any storm tracks come near me within the next 5 days.

Re: Should Make a Lively Discussion

So if a person is being legal, but maybe not moral (and remember, "morality" is in the eye of the person, not in "all people"), then they should be shunned? I don't know if they should be shunned but I know many people who choose to avoid socializing with other people they think...

To IBM: ME: I need the driver to make a Zyxel modem work on OS/2 and all that was included on the driver disk from Zyxel was one for DOS. IBM Customer Support: There is one on the IB...

Re: Felony probation

Prior to accepting the plea bargain, the defendant must admit his guilt to the judge. Isn't that a part of pleading guilty? The quilty plea can be to a lesser included offense or it can also be to something different, like pleading to an equipment violation to avoid a moving violation. That allows ...

Re: supressor paperwork

I think Carry-a-Kimber was suggesting that allowing them to take possession would be a transfer and getting it back would be a problem, so I asked what happens if the owner doesn't consent. I'm not concerned about the LEO's legal liability because that's not my problem. I'm curious how a legitimate ...
