NRA filing Chapter 11

The group intends to restructure and reincorporate in Texas, according to a statement on its website.

I noticed this in the news release:
“ The move comes at a time when the NRA is in its strongest financial condition in years.”
This is good! Not filing Chapter 11 because of a lack of money, doing so to depart NY, based on my understanding.
