Victim Fires Handgun at Beaumont Armed Robber

He told Police that as he was heading to his car, the robber pointed a shotgun at his head and demanded money.
The man, however, is a concealed handgun license holder. He was able to get his handgun out to fire one shot at the robber.

The article doesn't say much; but he must have seen an opportunity was quick to think.
