A car jacking became fatal for a man after he refused to give up his keys. This is in a trendy area of Houston.

Just a few minutes before they shot another man attempting to car jack him. He is in critical condition.

Hopefully they will be charged as adults and maybe we can get some information about where in Texas they were going to school.

Adult crimes = adult penalties. Enough with the juvenile passes! Absent that, charge the parents as accomplices to murder.
