I promise not to commit any crimes....where's my check? :smilelol5:
The D.C. Council is voting on a bill Tuesday that includes a proposal to pay residents a stipend not to commit crimes. It's based on a program in Richmond, California, that advocates say has contributed to deep reductions in crime there.

Are government officials eligible?

Hillary seems like a prime candidate given her repeat offenses.

Not if they maintain the requirement to cease criminal activity as part of the program. "rlol" Also not sure about Hitlery because the article says the program applies to criminals who haven't been caught yet. Hitlery is in the grey area of known criminals who haven't been prosecuted. "rlol"

They pay farmers not to grow corn.

Now, with the ethanol subsidy, these idiots are probably paying farmers to grow corn and not to grow corn, out of separate agencies.

Up to $9,000/year sounds like a great part time job opportunity for a little extra income. (To offset the increases in healthcare costs I'm currently enjoying)

It is unbelievable that there are so many elected people who think stupid ideas like this will work. Even more unbelievable is the number of voters who put these people in office. :headscratch
