Car dealer charged with murder.

I don't believe theft by check is a robbery, so time of day is not important.

Note to self: after scamming a car dealer out of a car, do not drive by the dealership again, just to see if they are paying attention.

The car dealer got in his vehicle, chased the perp down, cornered him in a JITB, got out of his car, then shot him dead. Yup, I'd say it's murder.

Seen this on the news a few days ago. He is probably gonna get found guilty.
