I probably would have handled the situation different than the way this guy did.

They did catch, him, hopefully with the kidnapping charges to go along with the robbery charges, he will be much older before he is able to practice his craft again.
I agree that if I had been awoken like that, he would at least be recovering in in the hospital, if not pushing up daisies.
Take away the Second first, and the First is gone in a second
