Well if you believe that a group of people are too stupid to be allowed to handle a simple tool such as firearms, its not much of a stretch to remove glass and sharp scissors from them next.

Maybe they'll allow you to pass a proficiency test and get licensed to bring in your own glass... as long as no one sees it and gets uncomfortable.

Nothing over 10 ounces though.
