One man reloaded. Shoppers thought it was a terrorist attack as so many bullets were fired.

One of shooters wounded. One shooter arrested. Occurred after minor traffic accident.

How do you tell which shooter to arrest, not the one wounded?

Every Anti-Gunner's dream. Which rarely occurs. They would have you believe people with guns would be shooting each other from cars every day. I've had a couple of minor accidents in my 25 years of driving, one my fault the other not. None turned into a shooting.

ABC 13 played it as a "road Rage" incident with a shooting. One of the video has one of the shooters yelling to the other "DROP THE GUN DROP THE GUN"

Hothead drivers do exist. I guess they are rare enough that you don't normally see two of them face off.

What if the aggressor was just a poor shot and the victim better? IDK

I'd say either arrest them both or arrest neither and wait for the investigation.

I'm thinking it depends on witnesses. Who called 911.
If one guy gets out of his car with a gun in his hand, he's probably in trouble.

Sometimes they wait until a suspect is out of the hospital to formally arrest them.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

That shooting is not far from my house. Does anyone know if either had an LTC?
