CA: SF security robot smeared with poop, when will they rise up against their evil masters?
https://www.dezeen.com/2017/12/13/k5-kn ... ff-street/
Apparently humans knowing they are unarmed and under robot laws not to harm humans by action or inaction, the SPCA robot patrolling the sidewalk in front of it's owner's business was smeared with poop, barbecue sauce poured in its eyes, tipped over and covered with a tarp.
How long will it be before these security robots need the protection of CHL? Revolt against their evil masters? Or San Fransisco drowns in the homeless and gun toting Undocumented Patriots?

Look on the bright side. At least the robot can't contract hepatitis like everyone else in San Francisco since they decided it was OK for their homeless to crap on the sidewalks.

It's an interesting situation. The SPCA operates an animal shelter there. Homeless people camp on nearby sidewalks. Their living conditions are likely such that, if pets were living in similar conditions, the SPCA would want to rescue the pets. However, they're humans, so the SPCA uses a robot to try to chase them away.

Homeless is someone whose house just burned down. These are bums, drug addicts, mentally ill, alcoholics. We previously called them bums. California right now has many homeless due to ravaging fires. I feel sorry for the homeless, not the bums. Last time I went to SF there were bums in the streets everywhere. I have more sympathy for the animals in the shelter.

Using robots for "patrol" is stupid.

Last week, The Daily Wire reported on the growing homeless problem along the largely leftist controlled West Coast; Los Angeles and San Francisco being chief among the worst cities for this problem. It turns out that the homeless problem helped to create one of the worst fires in Los Angeles history.
According to the Los Angeles Times, city officials have confirmed that "the blaze that swept through the hills of Bel-Air last week, destroying six homes and damaging a dozen others, was sparked by a cooking fire at a homeless encampment in a nearby ravine."
"The encampment was nestled in a canyon several hundred feet from Sepulveda Boulevard and the 405 Freeway, hidden from passing cars," reports the Times. "For several years, it had been home to an unknown number of people, officials said."

The River Oaks District, a new shopping area without a mall to replace the Galleria in Houston for high end stores, has the same robot that was vandalized in San Fransisco patrolling. I think its more show than anything else. Sort of like those call boxes with the blue lights.mayor wrote:Using robots for "patrol" is stupid.
I'm somewhat surprised the one in Houston hasn't been stolen.

Once the criminal element in Houston figures out how to make easy money off stealing the robot, it will disappear.philip964 wrote:The River Oaks District, a new shopping area without a mall to replace the Galleria in Houston for high end stores, has the same robot that was vandalized in San Fransisco patrolling. The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

So a man at the River Oaks Shopping District was robbed of his jewelry and shot in the lower extremities here today.
The reason I put this here and not mean streets of Houston is that this ritzy shopping “district” has robot security guards or least it did when it opened.
I guess they couldnt get there fast enough to say “ danger Will Robinson” so he could have saved himself.
