Fox 4 Dallas reported at 5:00 that the “Good Samaritan” had a License To Carry. Appears to be a job well done.

A man linked to a burning Grand Prairie home with a body inside attacked an employee at a nearby nail salon Friday, then tried to set the salon ablaze before being stopped by an armed Good Samaritan, police said.
A Good Samaritan with a concealed handgun license heard the disturbance inside the salon and intervened, holding the suspect at gunpoint until police arrived and took him into custody.
