Wish I had the coin to help right now, that is one gorgeous 1911. I am surprised it has not sold yet. Gunbroker could "get it gone" pretty quick I imagine.aaangel wrote:i pray that someone will buy this and help me donate $400 to the priest i met at st patricks cathedral in fort worth yesterday. he works as a missionary priest from papau new guinea. Re: WTS sti duty one ,dfw
It's a beautiful gun. I was poking around on the STI web site and see the different versions...
Duty One comes in 3.0 / 4.0 / 5.0 models... Also in "Lite" versions of each and each model is available in 9mm and .45, so, 12 total versions..
That one looks like a 5.0.... ??
In .45... ??
And it's the regular, not the "Lite" version?
Just figured some clarification would be helpful for those that are interested in this one.

Re: WTS sti duty one ,dfw
I think it's been discontinued. The literature is still available on the STI site and in their catalog, but I don't see any factory new examples for sale anywhere.aaangel wrote:RoyGBiv wrote:It's a beautiful gun. I was poking around on the STI web site and see the different versions...
