UPDATE: Bill Status Report - 2/6/13

I was behind updating the Bill Status Report here on the Forum and even more behind doing so on http://www.TexasFirearmsCoalition.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I updated the TFC site, changed the format to make it easier to read, then copied it here on the Forum. TFC and the Forum don't handle color coding and links the same way, so I have to create two different reports. I don't have time to do that, so from this point on, the linked and color coded Bill Status Report will be on the TFC website and I'll copy it here on the Forum. All of the information will be present, but it won't have the color and links. A link to the Bill Status Report on the TFC website appears at the top of the Report here on the Forum.

Am I reading HB158 correctly as you would only have to have your DL to carry your weapon if it's noted(on your DL) that you are a CHL holder? Basically it eliminates a 2nd piece of plastic if you so choose.
