Tactical Tailor Concealed Carry Pouch

Postby Txfire409 » Wed Dec 12, 2012 7:19 pm

Does anyone on here have/use one of these? Right now I am using a Fobus paddle holster for my Taurus PT-145 but plan on getting two of these. One for the Taurus and one for my GLock 20SF. They come in two sizes and three or four different colors. Seems like you wouldnt have to worry about your attire as much and it would work well in the summertime with shorts and t-shirts. Plus, they are made in the U.S.A. If somoene asks what's in it I would answer "my wireless handheld device".

Some parents say it is toy guns that make boys warlike. But give a boy a rubber duck and he will seize its neck like the butt of a pistol and shout "Bang!"......George Will

Not for me. Just looks too strange.

There was a guy that came in to my work wearing this thing today. I thought to myself when I saw him "is he packing with that?" but then thought "no way its to obvious" guess not lol.

I use one very similar in the summer (I can no longer bear a cover garment in the heat) and for cycle carry.

I've modified mine a bit for quicker access...

Is it dorky looking?

Absolutely and I'm past caring what others think about my appearance as long as I'm legal.

And it's one of the most comfortable holsters going...albeit not a super fact access, but then ALL holsters require some sacrifice in one way or another.

I have yet to find a solution that I considered acceptable for cycle carry -- one that was comfortable, provided quick access, and didn't get my firearm drenched on hot days. This may have to become a consideration. Thanks!

I can see some activity-specific applications for that, but not for me for EDC.

A LEO friend of mine used to wear something like this all the time for CC when off duty.

I might consider something like that for specific situations but not at that price.

That is the ugliest thing I have ever seen.

I just got back from spending two weeks in Puerto Rico where my wife's family is from. One of her nephews is a Marshall, and is required to carry 24-7. We teased him for wearing a Man purse, but I knew why he had it. It may have been big, but still not as obvious as the pouch. I can't find the exact one, but something similar to this. http://www.ioffer.com/i/men-s-genuine-l ... -184183762
Carry safe and carry when and where you can. I'm just sayin'.

It's not as big as it looks on the website. This is how it looks on me with a tucked shirt.
