The house wouldn't have it if they didn't.

I'm so glad this is all over, it has been perplexing to say the least.
Thanks to all for sharing thoughts and information over the last few weeks!

Sure they would. They're voting on a conference committee report.

Thanks Charles and everyone else who had a hand in getting 2 difficult high profile bills across the finish line in this bizzaro session. Your first adult beverage at Marino's is on me after the next PSC match I attend. :cheers2:

Let us know what we can do to help lay the ground work for a HB308 type bill next session! I love going to Astros/Texans games and Rodeo Houston, but I HATE not being armed in Houston.

Again,

A huge shout out to Mr. Cotton, NRA, TSRA and all those positive 2A gun groups who worked within the confines of the rules.

I was one that thought both bills were going to die off. I was wrong! And boy am I willing to admit it!

I doubt open carry on campus will happen for a long time, if ever.

It's a shame junior colleges have to wait an extra two years. Not sure what the point of that provision was.

I hope we don't waste political capitol on OC for CC! Much more important 2A issues!
