Meredith Vista, of all people, defended Texas carry laws against criticism by a gun controller.

In other news, flying elephants landed at La Guardia this afternoon.

Sorry I can't get on her new "conservative" bandwagon. Not only does she not have the facts, she is uninformed about the police in Austin. The police had shotguns. They did not and would not have asked for people to bring them. Shotguns were not used to thwart Whitman, they would have been totally ineffective. Students and residents in the area brought rifles to fire back at him. Lever actions, bolt actions etc. This was not done at the behest of the police but a response from the public. I have grown so tired of the MSM and their rhetoric that I don't waste my time watching.

MSNBC is still on the air?
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

You mean THIS MSNBC?
MSNBC’s hosts have a tax problem.

A Heat Street review of public records show that a total of six current, prominent MSNBC pundits have recently settled federal or state tax liens, while one still has tax problems. Moreover, at least two other hosts who recently left the network have also had massive tax liens filed against them.
It's the usual suspects....... People who LOVE to try and SELL high taxes, but who apparently HATE to PAY them...

"prominent MSNBC pundits have recently settled federal or state tax liens,"

I'd like to know the definition of "settled"...

Golodryga launched into a criticism of the new Texas open-carry law, fretting that it could prevent UT from attracting “students and the top talent in teaching for fear of this law.”
Why is it so hard for people to realize that the open carry law had nothing to do with the campus carry law?

Because that would require them to actually research the information before postulating an opinion. They are still relying on an uninformed public for their viewership, so if they actually delve into facts, it would spoil the illusion.

Sorry. It reads "Vista" instead of "Vieira" because of a combination of carelessness and autocorrect.
